Blue Brigade - Clarkston Invitational - October 18th, 2018

The Blue Brigade will be at the Clarkston Invitational, on Saturday, October 20th, 2018
The performance is at 5:00 PM, and is entitled 'War Dance'. Tickets are limited, at $10.00. If you plan on attending the performance, please purchase the tickets from me so the band gets to keep the money.
Tickets will also be available at the gate.

Chaperones / Volunteers
We will be in need of at least four adults who will be willing to chaperone the busses, in the stands, etc. 
In addition, we will need volunteers to help move equipment on and off the field throughout our performance cycle.  If you are able to assist in either fashion, please let me know at [email protected]

10AM-12:30 PM    Rehearse at Middle School
12:30-1:30 PM     Load Trailer, eat, change into uniforms
1:30 PM              Depart CAMS for Clarkston HS
3:00 PM              Arrive @ Clarkston HS
3:50-4:35 PM      Warm-up process
4:35-4:50 PM      Travel to "ready line"
5:00 PM              Performance
5:15 PM              Load trailer and watch other groups perform. Bring $$$ for concessions
                         to eat after performing (must have raincoat)
6:00 PM             Command Personnel Report to Endzone Area
6:15 PM             Awards
7:00 PM             Depart Clarkston HS
8:30 PM             Arrive @ CAMS
